Hi guys, Happy Halloween ! Welcome to the party!
Today I'm Playing with A few things from the Fall Collection to create this
5 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch card featuring  Winnie Broomstick ,
Don't you just love Winnie?

I started with the Spooky Hat Build A CARD dies,
This set creates a hat card,
But I used it a card layer.

I cut it out in back card stock, And it cut out beautifully.
I glued it together and now it's a thick
Embellishment for this card.

I then picked out my Layering peice from
The  Wicked 6x6 paper pad. This hat die gives you everything
You could need to make a spooky hat.

I also choose the card front paper from the same pad,
I love the spiders on this paper, so stinking adorable !

Now to move on to the star of the party,
Winnie Broomstick !

I colored her with alcohol markers and then cut her out.

I cut a circle for her to be centered on and shaded it with
Alloy and Raven from the Cobblestone Hybrid ink minis .
These inks blend so well.

I remembered the Spiderweb and bat from the
Wicked Boot Build A Card ,
and that added the perfect touches to
 My hat and circle.

You can find all the things i used to complete this
Card Here: Fall Collection

I added a few flowers and the spider
from the Spooky Hat Build A CARD die set and
Embellished him with a few purple gems.
and this card was made easy by using the
fantastic products from LDRS Creative

Thanks for stopping by,
Make sure to hop around, leave a comment at each stop, and answer the mysterious questions (haha!) on the first stop.

Here's the list and keep hoping:
Ilina
Diane ( you are here )

And remember to use that discount code before it turns into a pumpkin at MIDNIGHT! ;-)
I'll see you soon,
Hugs Diane

Winds Are Blowing - LDRS Creative

I can't put this Happy Fall Collection away,
It sits on my desk and is some of my most reached for sets of the season.

For my Card today, I created a beautiful back ground using the two sentiment stamps from this Happy Fall Collection ,   Magic Fall and Happy Fall Sentiments , Stamping them randomly with the Mini Hybrid ink cubes . The colors are wonderful for fall.

I also used  the Cobblestone Hybrid Mini inks
And this gave me a perfect background for my card.

I used Raven from the Cobblestone hybrid mini pack to
Stamp out this beautiful girl image from the Winds are blowing set.
 ( I Love These girl images )

I used alcohol markers and colored her in deep fall colors.

Then colored these adorable fall pumpkins, leaves, and acorns.
to add the finishing touches to my scene ,

Now to assemble ! I added two Olive card stock layers
To my 4 1/2 by 5 1/2 card base separated by my stamped layers.

And that completed this beautiful card.

You can find all the Products I used here: Happy Fall Collection

I hope you enjoyed this card as much as I did, and that you try using your stamps to create exciting backgrounds for your cards also, I'll see you real soon, Hugs Diane

3 Cards One Stamp - MFT Wildflowers

Today on the blog I'm sharing 3 cards one Stamp.
A new series on my Youtube channel over at Didedi's Crafty Corner
Todays stamp is from MFT called Wildflower.

but this stamp could be easily colored with
In any coloring medium you like.
I stamped out all the flowers with versa mark and
Embossed them with Ranger silver embossing powder.

All the pink flowers are water colored with pale rose

the blue flowers are water colored with blue grey

All the greenery was water colored with two tones of green, olive green and pale green.

But to my surprise I loved the yellow flowers the most.
For those I used flesh color and mustard.

To tie the card together I used a sizzix tropical leaves 3d embossing folder,
And a scalloped frame Die from Gina Marie designs.

Here are all three cards I created today.
The first one in yellow hues is a show stopper for sure.

This Blue one is a bit vintage inspired, and very pretty.

But the third card although simple, packs a punch . I paired it with an older Sentiment from MFT, and this card was created for me.  As a Breast cancer survivor and BRCA gene carrier, (one of my daughters also) This month reminds me that I’m so lucky to still be alive and able to enjoy my remaining days, months, Years ? And all my amazing Grand babies. But also reminds me that we should have awareness all year for all cancers and not hyper focus on one month.  For everyone fighting now, There is Hope !  And for every one in remission waiting to exhale, Breath. And Enjoy your life as best you can and not let the fear of ”what if” control you 💕

Leave a comment and tell me the one you like the best.
Hugs, Diane

If friends were pumpkins

Hi guys,
I'm here today  and on the LDRS creative Blog with a great autumn scene project featuring a few adorable stamps from LDRS Creative  Arctic Snowfall,  Lemonade,  Happy fall,  and Happy fall sentiments.

I used the LDRS Stamping mask paper to make a mask for my project. I love this masking paper! So easy to use and didn't lift as I did my ink blending.

I created a night sky for these adorable little friends, using distress ink.
Removed the LDRS Stamping mask paper and Its perfect!

Now I'm Ready for a sentiment from Happy fall sentiments,  and a little copic coloring.

And I'm Finished. What adorable stamps! I loved this little scene and combining these different stamp sets to create a new fall scene . Check out the bundles section to save a bundle on the collection of your choice.

I hope you enjoyed this project as much as I did, and that you try combining your stamps for new and exciting scene cards also, I'll see you real soon, Hugs Diane

Die's and Shine Saturday - Spellbinders Christmas Tree

On this weeks episode of Die's And Shine Saturday  I played with the
From the 2018  Spellbinders collection.
This is a two peice die set, (I wish the Tree trunk was a separate die )
But I Loved this die, makes great shakers and stand alone  Christmas trees.

Super cute Trees, So many ways to use them, But more on that later.

I'm using them as a shaker card today. So I cut a card layer and a Fun Foam layer.
And these dies cut out like butter!

Here you can see how much dimension the Fun Foam layer gives,
It is just perfect for shaker cards!

When you use both the dies together you get the frame for the shaker card ,

Are these not the cuttest shaker Christmas trees?
I used Nonpareils for the shaker bits,
I always use them as a kid friendly shaker card substitute .

Here are the finished cards, I did one with white trim and one with green trim.

I also feel they pair so well with the Santa dies from last week.

Now for the winner from last weeks post .....
We had 4 comments and I used random number picker to choose the winner....

The second comment was from Tina - Crafty Bean!
Congratulations Tina, contact me via email and I'll get it sent out to you.

See you next Saturday for a new episode of Die's and shine Saturday.
Hugs, Diane
